Our People
Highly trained, experienced and compassionate teams working together to improve outcomes for our most at-risk young people.
A multidisciplinary team
Our teams bring together clinical, coordination and frontline expertise so every young person is supported by the right people at the right time.
Providing clinical oversight and coordinating the health needs of young people in our care.
Supporting the psychological wellbeing of young people and guiding trauma-informed responses.
Leading each young person’s care plan and coordinating their care team day to day.
Connecting young people with community, culture, education and support services.
Our frontline team, building trusted relationships and consistency in the daily life of each home.
Maintaining safe, welcoming homes that give young people stability and dignity.
Trained & trusted
Before anyone joins a young person’s care team, we make sure they are ready. External qualifications are validated, and our in-house component provides clinical oversight from our registered nursing team, rather than replacing external credentials.
All care staff complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training, hold current Working with Children Checks and national police clearances, and receive ongoing supervision, training and development at every stage.
