Our Services
Specialised out-of-home care across a full spectrum of need, from emergency placements at short notice to long-term homes that last until a young person turns 18.
Placement types
Every young person’s needs are different. We offer a range of placement types and work with the Department to match each young person to the setting that best supports their safety and healing.
Safe, stable accommodation arranged at short notice for young people who need somewhere secure today, with 24/7 support in place from the first night.
Care of up to three months focused on stabilisation, assessment and planning the young person’s transition to a more suitable long-term arrangement.
Stable homes and consistent care teams that provide continuity and belonging for young people in care through to the age of 18.
Supported group care settings that offer a family-style environment for young people who benefit from a shared home.
How we care
Our placements are built on small, stable, structured teams that give young people a calm, consistent routine. We adhere strictly to evidence-based models of care, including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and trauma-informed care.
As young people grow, we support their transition towards more independent living through co-tenanting models, semi-independent setups and independent living, and we work alongside foster care and family reunification initiatives wherever that is in the young person’s best interests.

Beyond our own placements, we support the wider sector. Other organisations can draw on our experienced Youth Workers and our in-house training to strengthen their own teams.
Need experienced Youth Workers at short notice? We can contract our team out to other organisations on a casual or ongoing basis, whether you are covering leave, filling a roster gap, or scaling up to meet demand.
Our registered nursing team delivers a practical, non-accredited training program that builds the confidence and hands-on capability of youth and support workers across 13 core clinical competencies:
Autism Complex bowel care Catheter (SPC and IDC) Dementia support Diabetes management Dysphagia Epilepsy and Midazolam Enteral feeding (PEG) management Manual Handling Medication management Palliative care Ventilation support Wound care
